This bubble can be frozen for serving white wine. 

The decanters have been designed to aerate, store and dispense wine with ease without all of the extra hardware. Simply pour the wine over the wine bubble, and dispense the aerated wine through the valve.

The RoJaus is the first decanter of its kind to serve and preserve white and zinfandel wines, as the wine bubble can be refrigerated to chill the wine as it aerates.
